Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at ARCA OPUS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays).
 * Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.
 * If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or carrier delays, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
 * If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided directly by shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and are not guaranteed by ARCA OPUS.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually active within 24 to 48 hours.
4. Shipping Locations
 * We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
 * P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO: Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be fulfilled exclusively via USPS.
5. Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees
 * Sales Tax: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout based on the delivery destination address in accordance with local laws.
 * International Taxes/Customs: For any international orders, all duties, tariffs, customs fees, and local taxes imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
 * Damaged Goods: If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 * Stolen / Missing Packages: ARCA OPUS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout. We recommend ensuring a secure location for delivery.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information & Returned Packages
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable", "Refused", or due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
