At ARCA OPUS, we take exceptional pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our timepieces and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges on all eligible products within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
 * The item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
 * Watches must have all protective films, tags, and packaging intact.
 * Strap returns must show no signs of bending, creasing, or fitting marks.
 * The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, documentation, and warranty card.
Note: Items showing signs of wear, physical damage, or unauthorized adjustments (such as strap resizing or case opening) will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
 * Contact our Client Care team at contact@arcawatches.com with your order number and reason for return.
 * Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your package.
 * Securely pack the item in its original box and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
 * Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
 * We strongly recommend using a insured and trackable shipping service, as ARCA OPUS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
 * If approved, your refund will be processed immediately to your original method of payment.
 * Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every ARCA OPUS product undergoes strict quality control. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@arcawatches.com with detailed photos of the issue. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund immediately.
